Welcome to IDVTube.com (“IDVTube,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Community Guidelines (“Guidelines”) are designed to ensure a safe, respectful, and engaging environment for all users. By participating on the Platform, you agree to follow these rules in addition to our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

1. Respect and Safety

  • Treat all users with respect. Harassment, bullying, hate speech, or threats are strictly prohibited.
  • Do not post content that promotes violence, terrorism, or criminal activity.
  • Respect cultural and religious sensitivities, especially within the Pakistani community and global audiences.

2. Content Standards

  • Upload only content you have the rights to share.
  • Do not post sexually explicit, pornographic, or exploitative material.
  • Prohibited content includes misinformation, spam, scams, and deceptive practices.
  • Respect intellectual property rights. Do not infringe on copyrights, trademarks, or patents.

3. Community Engagement

  • Encourage constructive discussions and feedback.
  • Do not flood comments or forums with repetitive or irrelevant posts.
  • Support creators by engaging positively with their content.

4. Minors and Vulnerable Groups

  • Content involving minors must be appropriate and comply with child protection laws.
  • Exploitation or endangerment of vulnerable groups is strictly prohibited.

5. Advertising and Promotions

  • Promotional content must comply with advertising laws and be clearly labeled.
  • Do not mislead users with false claims or hidden sponsorships.

6. Platform Integrity

  • Do not attempt to hack, disrupt, or misuse the Platform.
  • Automated tools (bots, scrapers) are prohibited unless authorized.
  • Report bugs or vulnerabilities responsibly to our support team.

7. Enforcement

  • Violations may result in warnings, content removal, account suspension, or permanent bans.
  • Serious violations may be reported to law enforcement under PECA 2016 and other applicable laws.

9. Local Compliance (Pakistan-first)

  • We comply with the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act, 2016 (PECA) and other applicable Pakistani regulations.
  • Content deemed unlawful under Pakistani law will be removed promptly.
  • We cooperate with regulators and law enforcement while protecting user rights where possible.
